"Vagamundos: The Theater Festival of Pátzcuaro" is a collaborative effort by local performing artists, aimed at increasing the visibility, dissemination, and strengthening of theater production in the region.

Since 2023, we have brought the magic of theater to over 5,500 people through 40 free performances across 17 venues in the region, including remote communities and islands on Lake Pátzcuaro.

We are driven by the belief that theater and the arts can positively transform our reality, while also creating safe and inclusive spaces for people of all backgrounds and ages to come together.
